We are looking for a special researcher to join a fast growing independent research and behavioural science agency. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant you will lead ad hoc and tracking quantitative projects end to end, focusing on questionnaire design, data analysis, insight generation, strategic storytelling, reporting and presenting to clients. You'll build strong client relationships, understand business drivers, and bring energy and creativity to solving challenges. Expect a variety of projects - Brand Strategy, Concept Testing, Communications, Behavioural Change, New Product Development, Brand Health, Innovation, Customer Retention, CVP, co creation, journey mapping, CX, segmentation and UX.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience within a market research agency - quant
• Strong command of SPSS or Q, with a sharp analytical mind
• A natural storyteller who turns complexity into clarity
• Detail obsessed, commercially minded, and deeply curious
