Designation - Consultant / Senior Consultant - Talent Acquisition.

Work Days & Timings - Monday to Friday - 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. (Work from Office)

Location - Kandivali West (SV Road, 5 mins walk from the station)

Ideal Candidate -

• Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with excellent communication skills
• 1+ year of Recruitment experience
• Passionate about connecting talent with the right opportunity

Job Profile - Handle end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding.

• Research on Industries and Companies.
• Understanding job requirements from clients.
• Candidate Sourcing - Source relevant candidates/profiles matching the parameters of the requirements from job portals.
• Candidate Management - Interview Follow-up / Post Interview Feedback.
• Placing candidates - Follow up with the candidates till joining.
