Roles & Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts across departments, managing sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer rollouts.
Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job platforms, referrals, and recruitment partners.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate recruitment tracking, ensuring timely updates and clear visibility on hiring progress.

Requirements

1 - 3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and generalist HR roles, with significant focus on recruitment.
Strong track record of independently driving end-to-end hiring across functions and levels.
Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and agency/vendor coordination.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
