About the Role:

Bright Wave Solutions and Services is hiring a results-driven and ambitious Visa & Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team in Doha. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a target-oriented environment and is skilled at both sales and client consultation. You will be responsible for driving business growth by converting inquiries into clients and guiding them through international visa application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting and selling our visa consultancy services.
• Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their needs and recommend the most suitable visa solutions.
• Actively generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Provide clients with expert advice on the requirements and procedures for various international visas (e.g., visit, tourist, business, study).
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing their application documents to ensure they are accurate and complete.
• Liaise effectively with various embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end process for each client, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in visa services, travel, or a related consulting field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales-driven role is essential.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong knowledge of general visa application processes for various popular destinations (e.g., Schengen, UK, USA, Canada) is highly advantageous.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
