Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences, building relationships with clients, and ensuring loyalty.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to drive growth.

3. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to ensure they provide outstanding service.

4. Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays, ensure visual appeal, and adhere to brand guidelines.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.

6. Brand Representation: Uphold luxury brand image, values, and standards.

7. Events and Promotions: Organize and participate in events, promotions, and product launches.

8. Operational Efficiency: Manage store operations, including opening/closing procedures, security, and maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion retail.

2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent customer service and sales skills.

4. Knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, and market dynamics.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
