Consultant/Retainer-Pathologist

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Must have a Degree/ Diploma Registered License from UP Medical Board.

2. Relevant Experience with premier diagnostic centres.

3.Pathologist preferred MLT

4. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields (preferred).

5 .Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostics centres as a Senior Lab Technician.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Diagnosis:
• To examine various samples from the body, including blood, tissues, and other bodily fluids, to identify diseases, infections, or other abnormalities.
• Testing:
• To perform and interpret a wide range of laboratory tests, such as biopsies, blood tests, and genetic studies, to gather diagnostic data.
• Sample Analysis:
• To perform core role is the microscopic examination of cells and tissues to assess their structure and identify changes indicative of disease.
• Consultation:
• To collaborate with other doctors and healthcare teams, providing expert advice and detailed reports that guide treatment plans and monitor patient conditions.
• Monitoring:
• To perform and help track the progression of illnesses and the effectiveness of treatments by analyzing changes in a patient's samples over time.
• Lab Mapping:
• Map and align test lists from partnered diagnostic centres to our permanent master directory.

Compensation to be discussed on a per case Retainership basis.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
