Howyou will create an impact:
- Work on solving interesting problems for clients in the space of commercial excellence, i.e., pricing, sales and go to market, or all activities related to growth topics
- Utilize your expertise in Machine Learning / Statistics to develop innovative strategies for pricing, marketing, and sales for clients across industries (mobility, industrials, consumer goods, financial services)
- Apply Operational Research methods to address optimization related business problems
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Work across different industries, e.g., B2B, B2C, software, life sciences etc. in solving client's commercial problem
- Leadcustomer-centric transformation initiatives by aligning strategy, pricing,and go-to-market approaches with evolving customer expectations
- Drivefront-office transformation across sales, service, and marketing byoptimizing commercial models and enhancing customer engagement strategies
- Supportdigital transformation by integrating innovative technologies and agilemethodologies into client growth strategies
- Leveragedata and AI to uncover growth opportunities, personalize offerings, andimprove pricing and revenue optimization decisions
- Work with data, leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc. to conduct deep and meaningful analyses. Draw insights to solve client's problems and give recommendations
- End-to-end ownership of workstreams within projects, which entails collecting data, conducting deep analysis, drawing insights, creating slides & engaging with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the Singapore office
Yourprofile:
- 2-4 years of consulting experience in top tiers is good to have
- Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Clear and top-down communication
- Fluency in business English (written and spoken)
- Multilingual, with proficiency in at least two other languages would be an advantage
- Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively
- Enthusiasm for working in teams
- Customer-oriented thinking
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in growth topics, GTM, pricing and sales is good to have
