As a Consultant/Specialist, you will utilize your medical expertise to perform diagnostic assessments and surgical interventions tailored to each patient's needs. The position requires a strong commitment to patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to the highest standards of medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Utilize and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to colectomies and rectal surgeries.
• Oversee pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery and monitor for complications.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with specialists from various disciplines to facilitate coordinated care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with surgical practices and innovations.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
