The Nazifa Recruitment Services is looking for Consultant/Specialist Doctor (Saudi Arabia)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Clinical Care & Decision-Making: They perform complex procedures, evaluate patients, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans, often using dual-process thinking to ensure accuracy.
• Specialized Expertise: Provide expert opinions on challenging cases, acting as the final authority on clinical decisions within their specialty.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) to deliver comprehensive care and manage rotas.
• Supervision & Mentorship: Teach and mentor junior doctors, medical students, and nursing staff.
• Clinical Governance & Safety: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and hospital protocols to maintain safety.
• Research & Education: Participate in medical research, service development, and continuous professional development (CPD).

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
• Doctor of Medicine (MD)
• Master of Surgery (MS)
• Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS)
• Diploma
• Accepted post graduate degree: MBBS+ MS, MD, FCPS, MPhil, MRCP, MRCS, Diploma
• Skills Required: Health/ Medical

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Hospital

• Need minimum 2-5 years of working experience after post graduation

Salary

• Tk. 800000 - 1200000 (Monthly)
