Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist / Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders related to the musculoskeletal system, including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions and injuries
• Perform surgical and non-surgical treatments for musculoskeletal disorders
• Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and follow-up care
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and laboratory results
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgeries (as applicable)
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists and other specialists
• Adhere to DHA/MOH regulations, hospital policies, and clinical guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits

QualificationsFor Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Master’s Degree / MS / DNB / Equivalent qualification in Orthopedics
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience
• Valid DHA / MOH License or Eligibility Letter

For Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• DM / MCh / FRCS / Arab Board / Equivalent recognized qualification
• Minimum 8–10 years of post-specialization experience
• Valid DHA / MOH License or Eligibility Letter
• Proven expertise in advanced orthopedic procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED70,000.00 per month
