Consultant/Specialist Plastic Surgeon

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of plastic surgical services, focusing on both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patients' quality of life and helping them achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient consultations to assess individual surgical needs and desires
• Develop customized surgical plans that align with best practices and patient expectations
• Execute a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures with precision
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care throughout the surgical process
• Provide thorough post-operative care, including follow-up evaluations and support
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and streamline care processes
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in plastic surgery and incorporate innovative techniques into practice
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards

• Medical degree with board certification in Plastic Surgery
• Completion of a residency in Plastic Surgery and additional fellowships preferred
• Demonstrable experience in performing a broad spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures
• Strong understanding of current surgical techniques, tools, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to function effectively in both independent and team settings
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional advancement in the field

Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
