Duties

  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate consultation sessions with clients across multiple channels.
  • Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist clients with information about services, procedures, and next steps, ensuring clarity and transparency at every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate data entry records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-up actions using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software.
  • Support outbound calling efforts to confirm appointments, gather feedback, or follow up on service requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow, share client insights, and improve overall service quality.
  • Handle cash transactions or payments when necessary with integrity and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Multilingual proficiency is highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via phone and written correspondence.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Outbound calling experience and familiarity with call center operations are desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases; previous cash handling or typing experience is beneficial.
