Responsibilities -

1. To perform Initial study on the received Purchase Requisition

2. Responsible for obtaining the quotation according to the PR

3. Responsible for Cost comparison

4. To get the approval on the cost Sheet.

5. Ensure preparation of purchase order after approval of the cost sheet.

6. To get the Purchase Order approval.

7. To confirm purchase order to the supplier.

8. Ensure the Payment of the supplier according to the purchase order.

9. Ensure the quality of the material as per Purchase Order.

10. Responsible for Monthly/Annual cost savings.
