We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Consumer Direct Used Car Buyer. In this role, you'll connect directly with consumers looking to sell their vehicles, providing exceptional service while building our inventory through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text messages to engage potential vehicle sellers
• Guide customers through the car-selling process with professionalism and clarity
• Build rapport and trust with clients through multiple communication channels
• Follow established processes to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences
• Negotiate fair offers and close deals that benefit both the customer and company

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Proven sales experience (in-person or phone-based)
• Strong verbal communication skills for phone and face-to-face interactions
• Excellent written communication abilities for emails and text messaging
• Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences
