Role Overview: We are seeking a Consumer Finance Specialist to join our team in providing tailored financial solutions that meet our clients' needs. The role focuses on guiding customers through the financing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional service that builds long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

التعريف بمنتجات التمويل الشخصي وتسويقها للعملاء المحتملين بطرق احترافية.
إدارة طلبات التمويل بدءًا من استقبال الطلب وحتى اكتمال إجراءات الصرف.
متابعة العملاء للتأكد من استيفاء جميع المستندات والبيانات المطلوبة.
تحقيق المستهدفات التمويلية الشهرية والسنوية وفق خطة الإدارة.
متابعة تحصيل الدفعة الأولى وضمان دقة وسلاسة العمليات المالية.
رفع تقارير دورية عن الأداء والفرص والتحديات للإدارة المباشرة.
أرشفة الملفات والمستندات بشكل منظم لضمان سهولة الرجوع إليها.
الالتزام بالإجراءات والسياسات الداخلية للشركة.
Promote and present personal finance products to potential clients in a professional manner.
Manage the end-to-end financing process from application to fund disbursement.
Follow up with clients to ensure submission of all required documents and information.
Achieve monthly and annual Financing targets as set by management.
Ensure the successful collection of the first installment and maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
Prepare regular performance reports highlighting achievements, opportunities, and challenges.
Comply with company regulations and policies.
Organize and archive client files and documents to ensure proper record-keeping.
