Consumer Relationship Manager - Mortgage Banking

We are seeking a motivated and organized Consumer Relationship Manager to support a Branch Manager at a growing mortgage company. This role is responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential clients and referral partners, and scheduling appointments for the Branch Manager.

This is a fully onsite position ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and referral partners using a dialer system
• Introduce the Branch Manager and mortgage services in a professional and engaging manner
• Schedule qualified appointments for the Branch Manager
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads and confirm scheduled appointments
• Assist with basic outreach and database management activities

Qualifications

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new contacts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior sales support, appointment setting, or call center experience is a plus
• Mortgage or real estate industry experience is helpful but not required
