What You’ll Do

As a Contact Center Partner I, you will deliver an exceptional member experience through phone, video banking, and digital channels while providing financial solutions and processing transactions accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to high-volume member inquiries via phone, text, email, secure chat, video banking, and other digital platforms
  • Processing a wide variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Building relationships through consultative conversations to identify member needs
  • Recommending and referring appropriate credit union products and services
  • Completing warm transfers for loan opportunities
  • Assisting members with online and mobile banking access
  • Opening and maintaining deposit accounts, IRAs, and related services
  • Processing debit/credit card requests, fraud claims, and disputes
  • Researching and resolving account inquiries and discrepancies
  • Meeting established service and referral performance goals
  • Maintaining compliance with all credit union policies and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of financial services or contact center experience
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in a credit union or financial institution
  • Familiarity with Fiserv/Portico systems
  • Bilingual skills

  • Comfort navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
