Contact Center Representative

Old Republic Risk Management (ORRM) is currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join its Claims Team at our branch located in Brookfield, WI home office.

At ORRM, the Contact Center Representative plays a critical role in supporting claims operations and delivering exceptional service. In this position, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams—ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with the Claim Services Supervisor and broader team to keep operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
  • Examine, identify, and accurately interpret correspondence of mid-range complexity using various systems and tools
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering a positive and professional experience
  • Communicate with workers’ compensation bureaus, attorneys, insurance carriers, and third-party adjusters to obtain necessary information
  • Follow up to ensure timely receipt of documentation and maintain strong external relationships
  • Create, organize, and maintain electronic files and internal resources
  • Provide administrative support to enhance overall team efficiency

What You Bring

We’re looking for a motivated professional ready to excel as a Contact Center Representative. Successful candidates will have:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
