In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service while handling inquiries related to our wide range of home services. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding home services and account information
• Promote and explain our products and services to potential clients, identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively

Skills

• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proven experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail
• Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify appropriate solutions
