General Summary: Serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provides a full range of information and assistance to credit union members including savings and lending products, researching problems on accounts, and member onboarding and retention at an expert level. Contributes to a positive work environment for the overall team.

1. Represent the credit union to the members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
2. Provide electronic and/or telephonic general and specific service-related information concerning credit union services or policies.
3. Positively contributes to the sales-as-a-service culture.
4. Handling inbound contact to resolution as often as possible, enhancing the member experience by responding to members’ requests, problems, and complaints empathetically, resolving issues, and/or consulting the proper person for specific information and assistance.
5. Making outbound contact to generate leads.
6. Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services with comprehensive knowledge on all related policies and procedures, rules, and regulations.
7. Supports and contributes to all functions of the credit union including frontline operations, loan growth, and business development; performs duties of an MXS when needed.

Education and/or Experience: High school graduate or equivalent.
