Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Contact Center Support Analyst who thrives on problem-solving, precision, and collaboration.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our contact center operations— responsible for facilitating dialer monitoring, strategy implementations and documentation. Assisting management with daily tasks to optimize the accuracy and effectiveness of all dialer campaigns. You will be driving efficiency, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and supporting strategies that keep us ahead of the game.

What You’ll Do

  • Take charge of our Work Queue Management system to keep operations flowing.
  • Implement and support dialer strategies that maximize performance.
  • Monitor campaigns and ensure accurate, timely communication with the call center.
  • Verify agent availability and queue assignments for campaign success.
  • Document real-time campaign results and provide actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve dialer or telephony issues quickly and effectively.
  • Jump in on other exciting projects and tasks as needed!

What You Bring

  • Strong active listening and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Sharp critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and data entry experience.
  • A knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
