Content Accessibility Associate

Join our team as a Content Accessibility Associate, where you will help produce accessible print and digital content that empowers people of all abilities to access information. This role is ideal for students and early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, communication, and creating meaningful impact through accessible design.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join us as entry-level associates, where you will gain hands-on experience generating and proofing digital content for accessibility compliance and usability. Prior experience in content accessibility is not required for this position.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling.

What you will do:

  • Participate in on-the-job training focused on accessibility tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Assist in producing accessible formats such as Large Print, Braille, and Audio/Video content.
  • Remediate digital documents for screen reader accessibility across formats including Microsoft Office, PDFs, and HTML.
  • Support content production through proofing, editing, and layout review with accessibility in mind.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and consistency across accessible deliverables.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High School Diploma and at least 2 years of professional experience, or 1 year of full-time college enrollment.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify inconsistencies or accessibility issues in digital content.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new software tools and computer-based workflows.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in learning and operating computer-based programs and applications.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
