Role Overview:

The Nursing Exam Content Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and quality of Nursing-related educational content. This includes questions, explanations, notes, and other learning resources created for nursing entrance and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify Nursing-related content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
• Ensure alignment of questions and materials with the latest exam syllabus and pattern.
• Check the correctness of answers, rationales, and explanations.
• Identify and correct language, formatting, or conceptual errors.
• Provide constructive feedback to content creators for improvement.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all study materials.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of core nursing subjects (Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Community Health Nursing, etc.).
• Familiarity with competitive nursing exams (AIIMS, PGIMER, NORCET, State-level exams, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent command of English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Attention to detail and ability to review large volumes of content efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in academic content creation, editing, or reviewing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital content tools (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
