Designation: Content & Community Associate

Role Overview
We are looking for two (2) Content & Community Associates to act as the face and voice of the brand.
This role requires you to manage the community (comments, engagement) and actively feature in
content. You must be comfortable on camera and skilled in shooting social-first content. You will be
responsible for aligning and scheduling postings across multiple channels and ensuring the community
remains active and engaged.
Roles & Responsibilities
Community Management & Scheduling
● Align and schedule all postings across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and
timing.
● Own "Community Management" by engaging with followers in real-time to humanize the brand
and drive conversation.
● Monitor sentiment and feedback, escalating issues or opportunities to the strategy team.
Content Creation (On-Camera & Shooting)
● Feature as an on-camera talent for "Hooks," "Reels," and "TikToks," delivering lines and
participating in trends.
● Shoot mobile-first content, including BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) and event coverage.
● Collaborate with the creative team to execute quick-turnaround video concepts.
Experience Required
● 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
● Must be comfortable on camera (portfolio/TikTok links required).
● Proficient in mobile videography and editing apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
● Experience managing high-volume communities across Meta, X, and TikTok.
