Responsibilities

• Engage with followers through social listening techniques, responding to comments and messages to foster community relationships.
• Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging and manage brand reputation across digital channels.
• Plan and execute Facebook/Instagram Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and maximize reach.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously refine content strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of work.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
• Experience with video editing software and photography to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Strong understanding of social listening tools and public relations strategies for brand reputation management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
