What you'll do (responsibilities)

We're looking for an individual with the right learning mindset who will work closely with the operations and business development team to ensure our platform content is up-to date. Responsibilities include:

• Create, update and manage suppliers content tours and experience listings.
• Ensure pricing is updated and in-line with seasons pricing.
• Write content for listings on the platform and edit photos and videos according to Shouf Quality Guidelines and SOPs.
• Ensure listings go live and are ready to book according to release schedule.
• Align with the suppliers to make sure their content and availability schedule are updated.
• Communicate with suppliers and get any missing information or content required to make listings go live.
• Build the people to people experiences platform.  You'll build the infrastructure for Shouf from the ground up, having a huge and direct impact by showcasing your work to users on daily basis.
• Solve interesting technical problems.  Bring your full creativity to solve super-challenging technical problems stemming from user behavior.

What we're looking for (qualifications)

You have experience working with content and ensuring listings are up to high quality standards.

We don't require any formal qualifications but value learning new skills — especially from one another. We are looking for someone that feels a sense of duty to the users of their work.

• Highly productive while producing quality work.  You enjoy releasing and publishing products in a pragmatic and maintainable way. You know when to use duct tape and when to lay a foundation.
• Curious and quick learning.  We don't expect you to have extensive content experience, but to learn and be productive quickly. Owning several repos and jumping into all of them doesn't scare you.
• Strategic team member . You’re at home brainstorming, spreading awareness about the brand, and continuously searching for new suppliers. You love challenges and are comfortable working within them.
