Rhoads Creative is a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency that helps residential construction companies dominate online. As we grow, we’re establishing a new position focused on managing and promoting the Rhoads Creative brand with one simple goal:

Create content that gets attention and drives growth.

This person will plan, develop, and implement content that enhances our visibility and attracts new clients. It’s perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into compelling content and structured campaigns that ensure our brand remains consistently prominent.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role involves strategic planning, building and promoting the Rhoads Creative brand by creating various content, including:

  • Videos and short clips
  • Blogs and thought leadership articles
  • Graphics and visual designs
  • Email campaigns and outreach efforts
  • Ad creatives and marketing initiatives
  • Presentations, award entries, and conference materials
  • Anything else you think will help us grow

Additionally, you'll help expand our visibility by identifying and pursuing podcast interviews, PR opportunities, and speaking engagements, and by preparing all necessary materials for these activities.

  • Strong communicators: Skilled in writing blogs, emails, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Visually capable: Proficient in creating graphics and editing videos with current creative tools.
  • Strategic thinkers: Understand how content influences brand growth, authority, and lead generation.

Helpful experience includes:

  • 4+ years creating marketing or brand content
  • Strong writing and editing ability
  • Experience with graphic, photo, or video editing tools
  • Experience securing or supporting PR, podcasts, or speaking opportunities
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Ability to organize ideas into a content strategy and calendar

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
