Job Summary:

You will play an integral role in services provided to global stakeholders. Participate in a wide range of projects and collaborate across multiple workstreams or teams; consistently demonstrating creative thinking, individual initiative, team collaboration and managing stakeholder expectations. Key responsibilities :

  • Provide end-to-end assistance with internal communications and newsletters.
  • Prepare metrics reports for newsletters /communications.
  • Write, edit, and proofread internal content including leadership blogs, and executive messages. Summarizing recent thought leadership publications.
  • Manage the publication, distribution, and lifecycle of digital knowledge assets.
  • Support content migration between platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Connected Source etc).
  • Prepare wins and opportunity reports from Salesforce and maintain different performance dashboards.
  • Draft initial insights from regular reporting
  • Define analyses to support market opportunity analysis (e.g. market share, share of wallet, whitespace etc)
  • Build dashboards to eliminate need for manual translation of data into PPT (monthly reporting)
  • Providing event support, managing industry contact distribution list.

Skills and experience:

  • Structuring documents for logical flow and easy navigation
  • Strong command of available data sources and definitions including Salesforce and Revenue
  • Can develop first draft of insights from reporting data
  • Knowledge of modern AI and analytical tools to accelerate/ advance/ automate the work
  • Ensuring consistency in style, font, spacing, and alignment throughout documents
  • Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and managing multiple inputs effectively
  • Expertise in using word processing tools like Microsoft Word and slide building like Power Point
  • Capability to gather, interpret, and analyze data from various sources
  • Organizing and presenting thought leadership content in a structured manner for easier consumption
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple aspects of an event or meeting seamlessly, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with attendees, vendors, and stakeholders effectively
  • Ensuring accuracy in content placement, formatting, and alignment on the connected source
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comfortable asking questions and making suggestions on improvements and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce CRM/ Einstein Analytics (preferred).
  • Able to engage effectively with multicultural stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask and reprioritize as needed.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Ability to analyze and anticipate stakeholder needs to meet expectations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/MBA in Finance or Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
  • 9-13 years relevant experience
