Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and Creative Content & Community Executive to join our
team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on social media content,
engaging with online communities, and supporting marketing initiatives. You’ll be
responsible for creating engaging content, managing brand presence across social
platforms, and helping drive meaningful interactions with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create engaging visual content using tools such as Canva or CapCut (stories, reels,
short-form content) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Schedule and publish posts across all social platforms using Meta Business Suite.
* Draft captions and assist in writing copies tailored to brand voice and campaign
objectives.
* Monitor social media channels for comments, DMs, and mentions, ensuring timely and
professional responses.
* Respond to basic inquiries and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
* Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations and content exchange.
* Suggest creative content ideas inspired by trending formats, campaigns, or audience
interests.
* Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to contribute
fresh ideas.

Requirements:

* 6 months to a year of relevant experience in social media/content creation.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other key platforms.
* Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
* Strong writing and communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
