Content Creation Lead

4Level1 provides comprehensive English Language Programs tailored for adults and young adults, aiming to develop practical communication skills across all language areas. We offer both online classes to students across the Middle East and in-person classes in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creation Lead located in Qesm El Maadi. The Content Creation Lead will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies, creating and editing high-quality written materials, and overseeing content management processes. The role requires active collaboration with multiple teams, ensuring all content aligns with brand values and objectives. Day-to-day tasks may include managing content calendars, coordinating communication plans, and ensuring the delivery of impactful and engaging resources.

• Strong skills in Writing, Web Content Writing, and Content Strategy
• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in Content Management and overseeing content lifecycle processes
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred
• A passion for education and familiarity with language learning programs is a plus
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for content creation and management
