Duties

• Assist in developing compelling content for social media channels, email campaigns, and website updates to boost audience engagement.
• Support the creation of visual assets using several different design platforms.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage scheduling and publishing of posts using our CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO strategies by performing keyword research and optimizing content for search engines.
• Help analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and assist with public relations initiatives to strengthen brand reputation.
• Support photography and video editing projects to produce engaging multimedia content for various platforms.

Skills

• Strong understanding of social media management platforms.
