Job Title: Marketing Assistant – Content & Creative Support

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days per week, with alternate Saturdays off
Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 65,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant – Content & Creative Support to support the company’s marketing activities through content creation, photography, videography, and graphic design.

The ideal candidate should be able to assist in producing high-quality visual content, support marketing campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Capture high-quality photography and videography content for company use
• Support the creation of social media content, promotional materials, and marketing assets
• Edit images and basic video content for digital platforms
• Design marketing collateral such as social media posts, presentations, brochures, flyers, and advertisements
• Ensure all designs and content are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines
• Coordinate with internal departments for marketing and content requirements
• Organize and maintain media files, photo/video libraries, and design assets
• Support day-to-day marketing tasks and administrative requirements as needed

Required Skills

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Basic Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing tools
• Photography and camera operation
• Videography and content capture
• Basic graphic design principles
• Social media content creation
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing materials

Experience Requirements

Work Schedule

The role follows a 6-day work week, with alternate Saturdays off.
