Overview:  We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic  Content Creator  to produce engaging video content featuring our patients, influencers and our partner doctors and to take part in the management of our social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a  strong grasp of social media algorithms, storytelling, and video production skills , while also understanding  brand positioning and brand value  to create content that aligns with Clineca’s premium identity.

This role requires  mobility between our clinic, hospitals, and various filming locations  around the city to capture authentic and impactful content that strengthens our brand presence and reinforces our market positioning as a leader in health tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and produce engaging video content featuring patients and influencers.
• Understand and apply social media algorithms to create viral content.
• Use storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives in video content.
• Ensure high-quality video shooting and editing.
• Taking part in the management of our social media accounts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall social media strategy.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content creator.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and viral content strategies.
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing.
• Excellent storytelling and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to travel between different shooting locations.
• Ability to create an emotional connection with content that evokes strong emotions such as happiness, surprise, or empathy.
• Skill in developing captivating stories that keep the audience engaged from start to finish.
• Knowledge of creating shareable content that people want to share with their friends and followers.
• Expertise in using trendy and relevant elements, including current trends, challenges, and popular topics, to increase relatability.
• Ability to design engaging thumbnails and compelling titles to draw viewers in.
• Consistency in regularly posting high-quality content to build and maintain an engaged audience.
