Roles and Responsibilities

Shoot new content and create reels and upload on social media platform like Instagram, facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok

Manage our primary website and keep content organised and updated. Improve the UI/UX of the website.

Keep our online shop up to date and handle customer interaction.

Maintain presence on other social media platforms and WhatsApp groups. Follow up on messages.

Create new content for marketing material and brand material.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written language proficiency (English)

Drive follower & engagement growth across platforms

Conceptualize what to shoot, why to shoot – and get it done

Handle influencer coordination & scripting

Own the content flow – internal approvals, external agency/influencer handling

Stay fresh with ideas that stand out

Good with Video editing & Image editing tools like VN/ Capcut/ Adobe Suite/ Final Cut Pro/ Photoshop/ Canva

Strong with reels, trends, and content planning

Good negotiator with influencers and vendors

Confident communicator who can run the show with minimal hand-holding

Bonus Skills:

Strong familiarity with Social Platforms
