As we expand our presence in the Dubai market, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling, digital media, and creating impactful content. Job Purpose

The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that supports the company’s marketing, branding, and sales initiatives. This role will develop and manage content across various platforms—including social media, websites, email campaigns, video, and blogs—to showcase property listings and promote brand presence. The Content Creator ensures all content aligns with the company’s voice, enhances audience engagement, and effectively communicates value in the competitive Dubai real estate market.

Job Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Copywriting

• Write engaging and persuasive content for property listings, social media, websites, emails, and marketing materials.
• Develop platform-specific copy (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement.

Proofreading & Editing

• Review and edit all written content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and tone.
• Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and are error-free before publishing.

Translation

• Translate content between English and Arabic with cultural and contextual accuracy.
• Adapt tone and messaging to suit the target audience while maintaining brand consistency.

Brand Voice & Messaging

• Maintain a consistent brand tone across all content channels.
• Create messaging that reflects the company's values and appeals to the Dubai real estate market.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure all content complies with RERA regulations and UAE advertising laws.
• Organize and maintain content assets, templates, and translation files for team use.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Certifications: SEO, content marketing, or social media certifications are a plus; Canva or basic design tool proficiency preferred.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a must.
• Experience: 2–4 years in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing; real estate industry experience is preferred.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing written, visual, and multimedia content across digital platforms.
