InSocial is a creative digital agency based in Sheikh Zayed, specializing in bold, fan-first experiences for the sports and entertainment industry. We are looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team and help craft compelling stories that connect with audiences across all digital platforms.

Role Overview:

As a Content Creator, you'll lead the development of engaging written and visual content that captures the passion of sports fans. From concept to publication, you'll collaborate with design, strategy, and social teams to create campaigns that inspire action and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals

Write and produce creative content across websites, social media, blogs, email, and more

Collaborate with designers and video teams to produce multimedia content (videos, carousels, reels)

Craft compelling stories in both Arabic and English tailored to different platforms

Understand digital rhythms—what to post, when to post, and how to drive engagement

Optimize content for SEO and performance metrics

Keep up with trends in sports, entertainment, and pop culture

Lead brainstorming sessions and inject fresh ideas that resonate with fans

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in a similar role at a digital marketing agency, media company, or creative studio

Strong portfolio showcasing content writing, social media campaigns, and multimedia work

Proven experience in the sports, fitness, or entertainment space is a plus

Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Creator Studio, and Google Workspace

Experience planning and executing content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Knowledge of SEO and performance-based content strategies

Key Skills:

Bilingual content writing & storytelling (Arabic and English)

Social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Scriptwriting and ideation for video and reels

SEO writing and keyword optimization

Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite)

Content planning and scheduling (e.g. Notion, Trello, Meta Business Suite)

Video ideation and collaboration with editors

Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress (a plus)

Strong communication, creativity, and time management

Passion for sports, digital culture, and audience engagement

Work Conditions:

Location: Sheikh Zayed

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Work Mode: 2 days from office, remaining days remot

Days Off: Friday & Saturday
