Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in video shooting, video editing, photo editing, and digital marketing content production
• Experience in creating social media videos, event coverage, and promotional content is preferred

Certifications (if any): Diploma/Certification in Video Editing, Digital Marketing or designing

Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Content Creator with expertise in video shooting, video editing, photo editing, and digital marketing content. The ideal candidate will plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos, while also optimizing content for social media and marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the field capturing content as well as working on high-quality visuals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and events
• Cover corporate events, parties, guest visits, and other special occasions, ensuring high-quality visual documentation
• Produce both short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, music, graphics, and effects to deliver polished, engaging outputs
• Optimize video content for various platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook

• Capture high-quality photographs during events and edit them using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva for social media and marketing purposes
• Ensure visual content is tailored to maximize engagement and effectiveness across digital campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and campaign concepts
• Stay current with social media trends, emerging content formats, and digital marketing best practices

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut etc.
• Proficiency in photo editing tools: Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva
• Knowledge of camera equipment, gimbals, and lighting setups for professional shoots
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing optimization
• Strong creative eye for composition, colour, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to handle both on-field shooting and post-production editing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
