Content Creator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and producing engaging content that aligns with our brand. This role involves taking pictures and videos of events and activities, which will be shared across our social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and create engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of events, activities, staff and daily operations.

- Edit content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.

- Collaborate to plan and execute content strategies.

- Maintain consistent delivery of content to ensure regular posting and engagement with our audience.

- Analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement.

- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat).

- Strong photography and videography skills.

- Ability to edit photos and videos using software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
