As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team and help shape the digital voice of Kalinka Middle East.

Role Overview

The Junior Content Creator will play a key role in producing engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels and marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the real estate and digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging photo, video, and written content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Support the marketing team in developing creative concepts and campaigns
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and analytics
• Collaborate with agents and designers to showcase properties and company projects
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all channels
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field (internships accepted)
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and current social media trends
• Basic skills in photo/video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop)
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
• Excellent communication skills in English (Russian is a plus)
• Interest in real estate or luxury markets is an advantage
