Content Creator

South Xclusive Real Estate L.L.C is looking for a talented and energetic Content Creator with a minimum of 1 year real estate experience and strong graphic designing skills. If you’re creative, organized, and love producing engaging content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality content for social media (reels, photos, stories, graphics).
• Shoot and edit videos for property tours, agent profiles, and brand campaigns.
• Design marketing materials, including posts, brochures, banners, and layouts.
• Develop engaging captions, scripts, and creative concepts.
• Coordinate with agents for shooting schedules and content needs.
• Stay updated on real estate content trends and social media best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate industry experience (mandatory).
• Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar).
• Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
