Role Overview – Content Creator (Full-Time / Internship)

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our growing team. This role blends digital content creation with hands-on involvement in sales and operations, giving you a unique opportunity to build brand visibility while gaining real-world business exposure. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content across various digital platforms, supporting customer engagement initiatives, and actively participating in site visits to capture real-time experiences of our coworking and co-living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

● Create engaging content (text, image, video) for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website.

● Plan and manage content calendars aligned with overall marketing goals.

● Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts) showcasing our properties and services.

● Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and branding initiatives.

● Track content performance and optimize based on analytics and insights.

● Frequently visit partner properties (coworking and co-living spaces) to gather on-ground insights and create authentic content.

● Assist in showcasing properties to potential clients during visits or via digital walkthroughs.

● Support the operations team in onboarding new properties and documenting their features accurately for listings.

● Coordinate with space owners, managers, and internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality representation of spaces.

Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).

● Strong command over English (spoken and written).

● Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile video editing apps.

● Comfortable being on camera and/or creating influencer-style video content.

● Basic understanding of SEO and current social media trends.

● Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and content shoots.

● A creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.

Nice to Have

● Experience with photography/videography.

● Familiarity with coworking or co-living industry trends.

● Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages for multilingual content.
