Job Summary

The Content Creator is responsible for developing and producing creative, engaging, and high-quality content that reflects the company’s brand and services.
The role includes managing social media platforms, communicating with clients, supporting sales by presenting and promoting services to new clients, and effectively running digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop creative content ideas tailored to different industries.
✔ Write engaging marketing copy, including captions, scripts, and ad content.
✔ Prepare monthly content calendars and publishing schedules.
✔ Capture basic content (photos, videos, reels) when needed.
✔ Coordinate and organize photoshoots with the production team.
✔ Stay updated with trends and introduce fresh, innovative content ideas.
✔ Review and edit content to ensure quality and brand consistency.
✔ Communicate with new clients, present services, and persuade them—contributing to increased sales.
✔ Handle client inquiries and collect required information for content creation.
✔ Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce well-rounded content.
✔ Prepare performance reports, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
✔ Manage advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), including budget monitoring and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
✔ 1–3 years of experience in content creation or the media field.
✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms and publishing tools.
✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
✔ Ability to capture and create simple content (Reels, TikTok-style videos).
✔ Good knowledge of basic design tools (Canva or similar).
✔ Knowledge or experience in digital advertising campaign management is an advantage.
✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
✔ Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
