About the Role

We are seeking an imaginative and self-driven Content Creator to own and execute content initiatives across social media and graphic design assets. This role is ideal for someone who is confident being the voice of a brand online, has an eye for design and takes projects and runs with them.

We’re looking for a Content Creator to take our social media presence to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Social Media

• Create, schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and other platforms.
• Serve as the BossTek brand voice through writing engaging copy, building relationships with companies and influencers, implementing an authentic, human personality and fostering our community.
• Monitor trends and what works on social media to promote engagement and growth.
• Respond to comments and direct messages with consistent tone and brand personality.
• Outreach to customers and partners to access industrial jobsites for capturing photo/video content.
• Perform light video editing for shorts/reels/TikToks.

Graphic Design

• Design visual assets for the company including social posts, email graphics, website content, blog imagery, product documentation, and more.
• Edit photos from a raw state into fully colored and edited photos for digital and print.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.

• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and delivers quickly with strong attention to detail and without constant direction.
• Strong social media marketer who understands brand voice, quality content and engagement strategies that perform.
• Confident acting as the voice and authentic personality of an industrial brand.
• On top of trends and know what works on social media right now.
• Highly organized and capable of independently managing multiple projects.
• Passionate about graphic design and takes pride in creating visually compelling designs that elevate content quality and communicate ideas clearly.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ year(s) of experience creating content tailored for business social media platforms, with understanding of how creators communicate across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other emerging channels.
• Experience in industrial or B2B marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone and style to brand voice.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

*Must include a portfolio of related work in social media and graphic design to be considered for the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,321.46 per year
