Job Title: Senior Content Creator

Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Content Creator to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for developing high-performing content strategies and leading the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compelling content strategies aligned with client goals and brand voice.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and creative direction for campaigns and digital storytelling.
• Write, edit, and oversee high-quality content for various formats: social media posts, video scripts, blogs, landing pages, emailers, etc.
• Collaborate with design, video, and performance teams to ensure cohesive message delivery.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on KPIs and insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior content creators, ensuring creative and brand consistency.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of content creation experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proven experience with multi-platform content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• A solid understanding of content SEO, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with regional/Gulf-based brands or industries.
• Familiarity with basic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut).
• Knowledge of paid media content formats and conversion-focused messaging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to E£15,000.00 per month
