CONTENT CREATOR

Department: Marketing & Branding
Reports To: Content Creator Lead
Location: Head Office, Lahore, Pakistan
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | PKT 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (DAYLIGHT SAVING)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality digital content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and brand alignment who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, and branding initiatives.
• Develop short-form and long-form video content with strong storytelling and visual appeal.
• Plan content concepts, scripts, and storyboards in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Apply basic video editing, transitions, graphics, music, and sound enhancements where required.
• Manage content calendars, raw assets, and organized content libraries.
• Ensure consistency in tone, visual style, and brand guidelines across all content.
• Deliver content within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Arts, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience in content creation/video editing, preferably within a marketing agency or digital environment.

Required Skills

• Strong content creation skills with a focus on video and digital media.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple content pieces and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, color correction, and audio enhancement.

Tools & Software (Hands-on Experience Required)

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Canva (for storyboarding, captions, and thumbnails)
• DaVinci Resolve (basic working knowledge)

Final Cut Pro is a plus but not mandatory.

Goals & KPIs

• On-time content delivery rate (95%+)
• Engagement metrics (views, watch time, likes, shares)
• Content quality with minimal revisions
• Turnaround time from concept to published content
• Internal team and stakeholder satisfaction ratings

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)
