About the Role

We are seeking a talented, creative, and highly driven Content Creator with a strong social media presence to join our team Homes 4 Life Real Estate Broker LLC. The ideal candidate must have 50,000+ followers on at least one major platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or others) and a proven ability to consistently create engaging, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media, campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and execute creative concepts.
• Produce trending, engaging, and platform-optimized content (Reels, TikTok videos, stories, vlogs, etc.).
• Participate in brand shoots, events, and activations.
• Manage posting schedules, coordinate captions, and maintain content calendars.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
• Engage with audience, respond to comments, and build community loyalty.

Requirements

• Minimum 50,000 genuine followers on at least one social media platform.
• Proven experience as a content creator, influencer, videographer, or similar role.
• Strong on-camera presence and confidence.
• Excellent skills in content creation: videography, photography, editing, storytelling.
• Proficient with editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Quoz, Dubai.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with brand collaborations or influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of paid ads, SEO for social media, and analytics tools.
• Ability to script, storyboard, and plan shoots independently.
