Job Summary

We are seeking a Content Creator and Producer who is passionate about devotional media, storytelling, and production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and coordinating the execution of original devotional video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging program concepts and content ideas aligned with the brand’s devotional and spiritual themes.
• Write compelling video scripts in English and Malayalam for YouTube, social media, and live programs.
• Coordinate with the video production team to plan and execute shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and logistics.
• Work closely with editors and designers to ensure the vision of the content is maintained.
• Conduct interviews and background research when required for factual and authentic storytelling.
• Oversee post-production to ensure content meets editorial standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
• Experience in content development, storytelling, and scriptwriting for video.
• Ability to ideate and produce programs independently from concept to completion.
• Good understanding of digital content formats, especially for YouTube and social media.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in spiritual, cultural, or devotional content creation.
• Basic knowledge of video production workflows.
• Experience working with creative teams and coordinating shoots.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Muvattupuzha, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
