Position: Content Creator & Social Media Manager
Location: Mila’s Aesthetic Spa
Schedule: On-site 2–3 times per week | Daily posting required
Equipment Required: Yes (own camera/phone, lighting, etc.)

About the Role:
Mila’s Aesthetic Spa is looking for a creative, reliable Content Creator & Social Media Manager to capture and share engaging daily content that reflects our brand, services, and spa experience. This role is perfect for someone who understands social media trends, aesthetics, and storytelling, and can consistently create high-quality content that connects with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and post daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Visit the spa 2–3 times per week to film and photograph content
• Capture content including treatments, behind-the-scenes, staff moments, client experiences (with consent), promotions, and trends
• Edit photos and videos for social media (Reels, Stories, Posts)
• Plan and organize content to ensure consistent daily posting
• Stay up to date with social media trends, audio, and formats
• Maintain Mila’s Aesthetic Spa’s brand voice, aesthetic, and professionalism
• Coordinate with the spa team for promotions, launches, and specials

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating social media content (portfolio or examples required)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content
• Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines
• Own professional-quality equipment (smartphone or camera, lighting, tripod, etc.)
• Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and detail
• Comfortable filming in a spa/beauty environment
• Reliable transportation to attend on-site filming days

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics content
• Basic graphic design or advanced video editing skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies
