Content Creator

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and organized Content Producer to be the creative engine of our brand. You won't just sit behind a desk; you will be out at our project sites, capturing the action, planning our content calendar, and turning raw footage into viral-ready Reels. You should be a master of Canva for static posts and a skilled video editor for short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Production: Travel to various project locations to capture high-quality photo and video content (using mobile or professional cameras).
• Content Planning: Create a weekly/monthly content calendar. You decide what we post, when we post, and what the "hook" of each video will be.
• Video Editing: Edit fast-paced, engaging Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. This includes transitions, trending audio, and on-screen captions.
• Graphic Design (Canva): Use Canva to design high-quality carousels, stories, thumbnails, and announcements that align with our brand identity.
• Platform Management: Post content across all channels, write engaging captions, and stay updated on the latest social media algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• On-Site Experience: Comfortable working in the field (construction sites, events, or outdoor projects) to get the best shots.
• Video Editing Mastery: Expert in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or VN Editor.
• Canva Pro: Deep knowledge of Canva for quick, professional graphic design and branding.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at a project and know exactly how to "sell" it through a 30-second video.
• Self-Starter: You don't wait for instructions—you see a content opportunity and you take it.

Candidate Requirements

• A strong portfolio showing before/after edits or project-based Reels.
• Examples of Canva designs (Carousels or Brand Kits).
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Knowledge of social media trends and "viral" hooks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver License (Preferred)
