Content Creator

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to own our short-form video presence end-to-end. This role goes beyond editing—it is about telling our brand story, increasing visibility, and driving measurable business growth through high-impact content. You should know how to hook audiences in the first three seconds and turn simple moments into high-performing videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and present high-quality short-form videos for brand building
• Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms
• Appear on camera when required or confidently direct on-camera presentations
• Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, transitions, and music using mobile or desktop tools
• Stay updated with current trends, formats, and viral hooks in short-form content
• Plan, execute, and manage a content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals
• Publish content at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content for better results
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to maintain a consistent brand voice

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and audience psychology
• Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing
• Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot, VN, or similar
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics, trends, and audience behavior
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of content output
• Results-driven approach—content should support brand growth and business objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
